Can anyone Buy Crypto Currencies?
Yes, any Individual of legal age can easily and quickly create an account in GetCoins and start Buying and Selling Crypto directly from the Personal Bank account!
How much Crypto can Individuals Buy?
Depending on the Verification Level, there is no limit to the amount of Crypto you are allowed to Buy using our Services. Please note we legally must report Austrac any transaction above AU$ 10,000.00.
What are the fees GetCoins charges?
We believe in full transparency, the Crypto Quotes we provide are the exact same as our Liquidity Provider. We only Charge fees when customers BUY Crypto with Fiat, or SELL Crypto to Fiat. we do not have any fees on SEND or Received transactions. please note that Crypto currencies have Blockchain Fees that applies to any which are not controlled by us and are publicly available to compare.
What payment options are available?
We are currently accepting payments via PayID and Wire Transfers. the Fees are the same for both methods.
How can I secure my GetCoins account?
All of our customers Wallets Private Keys are secured using state-of-the-art encryption.
Nevertheless we highly recommend all our customers after registration go to Settings where you can enable 2FA by Google Authenticator. this app will generate a one-time code based on a secret key known only to you.
We will show you a QR code, which represents the secret key, which you’ll then need to scan using an Authenticator app on your phone.
