Non-Custodial Service Terms (Quick Checkout)

These Supplementary Terms form part of the overall Terms and Conditions of the Platform and apply specifically to the use of our fiat-to-crypto (ramp on) and crypto-to-fiat (ramp off) services. They are designed to clarify the structure, scope, and limitations of these services, which are provided on a non-custodial, transaction-only basis.

1. Nature of the Services

We offer non-custodial access to digital assets through a regulated infrastructure. This means:

• We do not hold, store, or manage fiat or cryptocurrency on behalf of users at any time.
• Each transaction is initiated and completed independently.
• There is no ongoing account, wallet, or balance provided by us.
• We act solely as a regulated facilitator of exchange between fiat and cryptocurrency, operating in accordance with applicable AML/CTF obligations.

2. Ramp On (Fiat to Crypto)

When using our ramp on service:

• You initiate a transaction by selecting the fiat amount, confirming your identity, and providing your own external, self-controlled wallet address.
• Upon successful KYC/AML verification and payment confirmation, the requested cryptocurrency is purchased and delivered directly to the wallet address you provided.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and control of the wallet address you submit.
• Once the cryptocurrency is transferred on the blockchain, the transaction is final and irreversible.

3. Ramp Off (Crypto to Fiat)

When using our ramp off service:

• You initiate a transaction by indicating the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to sell and providing your own fiat bank account details.
• You must send the cryptocurrency from a wallet under your exclusive control.
• AML/KYT checks are performed on both the source wallet and the crypto funds.
• Upon receipt and successful compliance review, the cryptocurrency is exchanged for fiat, and the funds are transferred to your nominated bank account.
• You are responsible for any applicable blockchain fees or delays resulting from incorrect transfer amounts or unapproved source wallets.

4. No Custody or Wallet Services

At no point do we:

• Hold user funds (fiat or crypto),
• Provide custodial wallets or user balances,
• Accept deposits or maintain accounts.

Our infrastructure is designed to facilitate one-time, non-custodial transactions only.

5. Quick Checkout

This service model is referred to on our platform as Quick Checkout.

Quick Checkout is:

• A streamlined, one-time transaction flow;
• Available without account registration;
• Fully compliant with identity verification and regulatory obligations;
• Intended for users who wish to exchange fiat and crypto without ongoing account management.

By using Quick Checkout, you acknowledge that:

• You have full control over the wallet address or bank account provided,
• All funds exchanged are final once processed,
• No relationship of custody or account management is established.

6. Internal Customer Record – Express Transfer

While GetCoins does not offer user accounts with login access or custody of funds, customers using the Express Transfer service are assigned an internal profile for operational and compliance purposes.

This internal account:

• Stores your KYC and transaction history,
• Allows us to streamline future transactions without repeating the full onboarding process,
• May be updated with additional documents if required by compliance reviews.

It is important to note that:

• This internal profile is not accessible by the customer, and
• No funds or digital assets are ever held or managed within it.

All cryptocurrency continues to be delivered directly to the external wallet you provide, in line with our non-custodial model.

7. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (wallet address, bank account, transaction amount, etc.).
• You must only use wallets under your control and ownership.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity.
• You understand that transactions conducted through blockchain networks are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

8. No Liability for Third-Party Conduct

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for:

• The use, management, or outcome of your funds after delivery to your wallet or bank account;
• Any advice or influence you may receive from third parties outside our platform;
• The loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, compromised devices, phishing, or investment fraud not associated with our services.

If you believe you have been targeted by a scam or financial fraud, we strongly encourage you to report the matter to:

Please note that, as a non-custodial exchange facilitator, we are not authorised to investigate financial misconduct or provide asset recovery services.

9. Governing Law

These Supplementary Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Australia. Any dispute arising from the use of these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
